Novatel Wireless today announced that it plans to reorganize its business by creating a new holding company structure in connection with an agreement to sell the Company’s mobile broadband MiFi® business to T.C.L. Shortly after AfriForum came to an agreement with Ctrack to build control centres in remote areas across South Africa, the Paulpietersburg control room is off to a good start. Through this initiative, the safety and security of AfriForum members in these areas are ensured. AfriForum members get preferential rates on Ctrack’s vehicle recovery systems.
