REPORT DESCRIPTION

| Mobile list |
Printed version of the mobile list, indicating the last updated position at the time the report has been generated. |
| Driver List |
A list of all drivers manually added to the system and driver tags registered on the system. Shows the mobiles that the driver is allowed to drive. |
| Trailer List |
List of all registered trailer ID’s on the system. This report will only have available data if trailer ID’s were installed with the mobile units. |
| Movement Report |
Report on the replay of specific trips. Access to all the trip data for selected periods. Can be done per mobile or per driver, provided that drivers have been allocated to mobiles. |
| Mobile Exception Report |
Shows exceptions (i.e. alarms) that occurred during a trip. The report can be set up for specific exceptions to display in the report. |
| Full Usage Report |
Trip information for a mobile. Can be selected for one or more mobiles or drivers for selected periods. Can be customized for various report options. |
| Summary Usage Report |
Summarised version of the Full Usage Report. Allows the user to print trip information over long periods for one or more mobiles. Will only print the daily totals for each trip, as well as the totals for the period selected. |
| Graphic Usage Report |
Combination of a Summary Usage Report with a graphical movement of the trips for a specific mobile. Allows the user to see details on the mobile movements on a colour graph with the trip totals for each day. Can be generated for one day, a week or longer periods of time. |
| Stop Report |
This specialised report can only be used effectively if the user added location details on the system. It will then display all the stops at these locations. |
| Rating Report |
Allows the user to rate one or more mobiles on specific violations and exceptions, according to a rating scale. |
| GYR Rating Report |
This new report displays driver ratings graphically . |
| Vehicle Log Report |
The report also allows for an extra “remarks” column, which can be customised. These extra columns can then be completed by hand, if necessary. |
| Business/Private Report |
Allows the user to report on business- and private trips for mobiles or drivers. |
| Stop Report |
A specialized report which can only be used effectively if the user added location details on the system. This report will then display all the stops at these locations. |
| Operating Hours Report |
Allows the user to report on driving hours or operating hours per mobiles. Allows the user to see accumulative hours and operating hours for the selected periods. |
| Speed Profile Report |
A printout of the 1-minute speed profile data recorded by each mobile. |
| SMS Cost Report |
Reports on the total SMS costs per mobile for selected periods. |
| Communication Transaction Report |
Keeps track of the amount of messages sent to the mobile from the base station and messages received from the mobile. |
| SMS Mail Report |
Allows the user to report on SMS messages sent and received to and from the base station using the mail service for Ctrack. |
| Locations List |
This will allow the user to see details of locations on the system. |
| Mobile Maintenance Report |
To view all maintenance details that were configured for each mobile. |
| Trailer History |
Reports per mobiles on trailers being used. The user can see the duration that the trailer was hooked on and off . |
| Trailer Odo Report |
Calculates the accumulating odometer readings for each trailer. |
| Timed Route Report |
Allows the user to print a report of a timed route before the trip started and after the trip was completed. This is useful for comparing the proposed and actual times of the schedule. |
| Workflow Report |
Reports on the workflow statuses reported by each mobile during manual/automatic or text updates on each vehicle. |
