Locate Your Vehicle

Send an SMS message from your cell phone to test the Ctrack Secure PLUS unit in your family or driver’s vehicle and to fi nd out where they are.

Activate Watch Mode

By just sending an SMS to the Ctrack Secure PLUS unit, you can ensure that you are immediately alerted while in meetings or shopping, if the vehicle moves, regardless of whether the ignition is on or off.

Send Emergency SMS

Send a SMS message from your cell phone for emergency or panic assistance.

Receive Battery Tamper Warning

When power to the unit is interfered with in any way, a proactive warning is sent to you and the support centre.

Receive Early warning movement sensor notification

Ctrack Secure PLUS has an internal movement sensor, allowing it to identify vehicle movement even when the ignition is off.

International Tracking

Ctrack Secure PLUS operates on GPRS or SMS in neighbouring countries and the vehicle can be tracked in that country by your cell phone and Web application. Roaming cost will be for your account.

The DigiCore Support Centre is alerted when your vehicle approaches any of South Africa’s borders.

In addition to the information obtainable with your cell phone you can also use Ctrack Secure PLUS software to:

View vehicle location on mapping software

Using an Internet connection and the Ctrack Secure PLUS Web application, users can view the current and historical locations of their vehicles on maps right down to street level.

The Ctrack Secure PLUS Web application automatically creates a very easily maintained SARS accepted electronic logbook.

By utilising the latest technology, Ctrack is able to off er additional services to the client, that not only enhance the functionality of the system, but also the wellbeing and safety of the user. The following value added services are available:

A one year membership to the Multiplus Partner Program comes free with every three year Ctrack Secure PLUS contract. The Multiplus card off ers savings of up to 50% on almost everything you need for your car from the following major partners:

You will also have the opportunity to apply for a Multiplus VISA card.

This option includes a remote with a panic button which when pressed in the vicinity of the motor vehicle transmits an alarm to the Support Centre which will then take the necessary actions, ensuring total safety and peace of mind. In addition, the driver has the option of recording the trip as either a business or private by simply selecting one of the two dedicated buttons on the remote. This feature is used in conjunction with the internet log book facility and is accepted by SARS for tax return purposes.

This service focuses on the safety of the occupants. If the driver breaks down in an unsafe area, a simple phone call to our Support Centre will initiate a team to secure the safety of the occupants. And due to the technology in the units they know where you are without you even telling them.

In the event of a crash or collision ER24 medical assistance will be despatched to the accident site. The technology utilised in the Ctrack Secure PLUS Unit can determine the whereabouts of the vehicle to within 4m. This service also prevents the dreaded scenario where the vehicle is only discovered days after an incident.
