The Ctrack Solo Multi combines the efficiency of coverage of the satellite system Inmarsat D + with the economy of communication via the GSM / GPRS network. Inmarsat offers the most comprehensive range of global mobile satellite services for use on land, at sea and in the air.

- The Ctrack Multi is fully remotely configurable allowing complete freedom to configure the system for tracking according to the exact needs of each fleet and vehicles.
- The Ctrack Multi will automatically report on pre-selected time periods (for example very 2min, 10min, 30min, hourly or daily) any one of up to 16 statuses (Over speeding ,harsh braking, panic alarm …)
- The Internal GPS module for positioning is integrated into the GSM (GPRS, SMS) and D+ (Satellite) modules for intelligent communication switching.
- Designed for Extremely low power consumption and including an internal battery for normal and/or emergency operation.
- The Ctrack Solo Multi Portable unit is used for portable applications where a permanent installation is not required.
- The unit can operate without external power for up to 5 days or longer depending on data transmission rates and vehicle usage.
- New single box solution for easy installation and support;
- Intelli Charger for charging through the in vehicle power supply (12V/24V) socket

Bureau Report Service (optional)
The DigiCore Information Bureau is a division of Ctrack SA (Pty) Ltd and has been in operation since October 2003. It provides two primary services, namely:
- Fleet, Risk and Reporting Management
- Stolen Vehicle Recovery
This division monitors in excess of 24,000 vehicles, producing customer required reports as well as managing the recovery of hijacked or stolen vehicles on a 24/7/365 basis. Staffi ng resources are planned on vehicle growth and signed contract requirements and can cater for various international languages if a contract so requires. New staff members are employed and fully trained to perform all related functions before functioning operationally. This training is comprehensive and includes operational aspects such as monitoring, reporting, recovery management and technical support for Ctrack software and hardware products.
Fleet, Risk and Reporting Management
The DIB provides an extensive 24/7/365 proactive Fleet, Risk and Reporting Management Service. The DIB has an outstanding, fully trained team that is experienced in planning, implementing and the successful delivery of Fleet Management solutions worldwide.
