Ctrack has not only helped in increasing driver productivity and driving technique, but has also been responsible for clearing the name of certain drivers. "A call was received from another road user, reporting the alleged misconduct of one of our drivers - behaviour that is dealt with very severely in our company," says Folkey. He continues, "After referring to the Ctrack, we were able to establish that none of our vehicles had been in the area where the alleged incident had taken place. Based on Ctrack, we were able to clear our driver's name with a clear conscience."
